Strike through text

Hi Marc,
I just love your Automad CMS! After reading your tutorials, the discussions and of course testing locally I still have some questions as a newbie...

Is it possible to mark text as crossed out (strike through) with Automad?

I read here that markdown could support this by using double 'tilde' like so: ~~strikethrough~~. Unfortunately it did not work in Automad using the Light Theme (although it seems to be working in this discussion forum 😄 ).

Automad Version: 1.5.4

Server Software: Apache
PHP: 7.4.8 / fpm-fcgi

Frank Hi Frank, good to hear. Yeah you‘re right. Not all Markdown flavors support strike through text. So unfortunately it is not supported at the moment. I hope I can manage to implement it in one of the next releases. 🙂

Hello, I tried to do the same things (using Bulma theme). It works in the preview but not on the published page when I use ~~strike~~. I don't know if it's a problem with the theme or if the strikethrough by using ~~ is not implement on Automad.

However it works fine by using this format <s>strike</s>
