Problems with update

Hello,

I have changed my Webhoster and copied my old instal to the new server. Now I have a problem with the internal update function. I get an error message: "Can't connect to the update server! This could typically be caused by a wrong update configuration (config.json), a SSL certificate error or a missing cURL library."
I try to install automad from scratch, but the same happens. PHP Version 7.1.30 is running on my server. when I try to change the PHP version I couldn't see my website anymore. I think, its a problem with my Webhoster and can anyone help me what I have to tell them to change in the configuration. i don't know much about server and configurations. thanks

Michael Hi, I think most hosting services have SSL installed correctly. I guess the cURL library is missing here. So you could ask them whether cURL is available with your PHP version to make sure that’s causing the issue.

My Webhoster switched on cURL and now everything is ok. thanks.
