Deploying from GitHub repository to Google Cloud Platform

Hello,
I'm currently trying to understand how to automatically deploy to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) when I am pushing a commit to my private Automad GitHub repo. Everything is set up, and the repo is mirrored to cloud source repositories, but now I'm struggling with the configuration of the cloudbuild.yaml and the app.yaml files. Does anyone have experience with this?
