Pasting raw markdown

I'm migrating a site that uses raw markdown as its content.

Pasting it right now creates multiple content blocks with the markdown interepreted as text not markdown.

I'd like to be able to set the editor to have a plain markdown content area. Is this possible?

Otherwise, how is best to migrate my content?

gingerbeardman Hi, yes that is possible. You can check out the docs about variable types. In case you build your own template and you want markdown content, you will have to give your content variable the text prefix and then pipe it to the markdown renderer as follows:

@{ textContent | markdown }

The dashboard will automatically generate a Markdown editor for that variable then.

I find it very difficult to see the big picture using the docs. If that makes sense.

After some drilling I found the variables page. it would be great if there was a single doc, or at least a table of contents.

I couldn't tell you if I've seen all the docs, and that should be an easy question for me to answer.
