Empty space between header menu and first element

Is there any way to remove all the empty space between the header and the first element on a page?

Please note the large white gap above the image 👇

Just to clarify the above, I don't want the image to cover the logo and menu area as it does in the Bulma theme. I would just like it to start immediately below (ie. touching) the bottom of the menu area, if possible, please.

john Hi, I think you can remove that space with a little bit of CSS wrapped in a <style></style> tag that is added to Items Header variable. And in case you want to remove the space on every page, just add it to Items Header in the global settings.

Very many thanks. I can add more space by playing with margin or padding values, but it will not respond to a negative margin value. For example:

<style> div { margin-bottom: -100px; } </style>

This does nothing.

Actually, this is not working so perfectly now that I look more carefully. If you can think of something better, please let me know. The whole page is shifted upwards and is overlapping embedded elements and the image links to other pages at the bottom of the page.

john I think you need a more specific selector like for example:

.content {
    margin-top: -25rem !important;
}

With problem-free solutions like this, I think I'm pretty much on the point of taking the plunge and ditching Rapidweaver and Wordpress and converting my important websites to Automad.

I think the main confusion I have now is how it is possible to offer this exceptional tool to people for free? It seems like those of us who use it should be doing more to promote it 🤔. I wonder what we can do?
